For anyone that is not elected as a HI-COM or even the president of an club, yet you think that you yourself are the most suitable candidate, but you just do not know enough influential people to help you get that position. Well, please do not get demotivated.
There are few things that you need to know.
HI-COMs are people who plan, manage, control and organize the followers. They can get the position because:
1. They know enough people to make themselves acknowledged.
2. They make those people who have the power to elect them happy by keep on entertain them.
3. They know when to do the right thing.
4. They know how to find opportunity.

If you think that i am bullshitting, and talking as though i am a loser, you are wrong.
It is because the above traits that i mentioned are actually good leadership qualities. These people will be the big guns or managers of company in the future.

It is crucial to understand your own potential. Although you think that you are most suitable for the position of President for example, maybe you are the most suitable person for another position such as a secretary. Maybe anyone can be the president?
Therefore, please do not feel bad even though you did not get the position you want. You want to be the president and you get it, then someone else will screwed up the secretary's work. You want President, you don't get it, you get secretary, Nevermind, life's sucks. You can be the best secretary ever. Do your part. Complete your own assigned task excellently. This is what we call, when life gives you lemon, you make lemonade.

I want to be Head Section Leader, but i can't, I didn't get it. I was assigned as a New member leader. I do my job well. New members is the hardest members to lead. I need to teach them everything, Instill good values in them.
few years after i leave the club, I still feel proud.
1.My members make it to the national Level first Aid Competition.
2.They are the Champion of the Marching Competition of All Kuching.
3.They managed to organized a State Level Camp
4.Our Unit has once again get The best Unit in Sarawak with their effort.

Yes, I am Proud to be a New Member Leader and Intermediate Member Leader. I Love my Job.

Wow... this holiday is beginning to drive me crazy.. >.< bored.. yet still ok.. relaxation is supposed to be bored.. that's how we can rest.

Few days ago, I've went to KHSRC training camp. Actually at first, I just plan to go see see... then Ah Poon ask me go to there give a talk.. replacing him wor.. since i've gave the same topic 1 year ago.. so i just update n edit my slides a bit, preparing for the talk.. then Jing Shuan msg me and ask me to go judge for SAR (Search and Rescue : a activity that wakes up all members in middle of the night and ask them search for casualties that we prepared and rescue them with 1st aid)

Once a KHSRC leader, owes a KHSRC leader. on zero day, i cannot help myself but to go to have a look on the camp.. wow.. i cannot expect there is committee actually recognized me despite i din lead them before (mayb i went state camp las year =_=)

Sometimes i feel why i so kepo will sendiri go their meeting uninvited, but i guess that's a good thg..i care so i go..

Ex leaders will do 1 thg : COMPLAIN.. i cant help but noticed that most ex leaders like to complain about the new batch of leaders.. say them dis not good that no good.. Members, if you guys are reading this... we, ex leaders, oso being complained b4.. haha.. guess that's a tradition.

the whole camp thg.. i din go for the whole camp... so i realli cant give a overall comment.. but from what i see.. ok la.. i onli interested in camp.. lol..

ok.. back to become 仙 at home. lol..

why dogs hate cats so much? There is a story long time ago. Human has ask dog and cat go to get a bottle (葫芦). Therefore, The dog set out for the long journey and managed to get the bottle. Meanwhile, the cat is too lazy and cunning. The cat wait for the dog to come back. Then, the cat : "Doggy, u must be tired. why dun u let me carry for u instead?". The dog too trusting. give the bottle to the cat. While the dog is resting, the cat take the bottle and quickly present to the human. Because the of accomplishment, the cat is allowed into the human's house. While the dog has to stay outside. The moral of story is : ..... (figure it out urself)

Today i was very frust at someone... not only frust. Angry, too.

I guess this fire (anger) come from a lot of factors

1. No nice food since UTP start Puasa.

2. Drank coffee, cafein made me feel uneasy and frust.

3. Doing assignments for whole day, stressed.

4. Feel sleepy.

5. Feel hungry.

but i guess prejudice is the biggest factor. For example, no matter how i being betrayed or used by someone that is closed to me, I would not be THAT angry... but some ppl when they do something unintentionally n did offended me indirectly, I will angry at them like wad only.

There are people that looked just annoying to me. I would go and care anymore...

some people are just too not ngam with me... mayb they meant good, but i cant accept the way they talk, sounds rude.

There are few people here that really disgust me a lot, hence I never really care about their existence. I even feel angry when I sense their existence around me. Prejudice?

I don't Know. But, I thk i shud change.

There is no free lunch in this world . If you feel that you are very lucky that something actually happened the way you always wanted , or the things you want suddenly appear in front of you... Please take note, it is either a trap or there is "udang di sebalik batu", there is no such thing as lucky!

Damn... I was so happy thay finally i managed to buy a pirated ink catridge for my printer, as my printer has been so "thirsty" for a few weeks time dy. The genuine ink catridge is damn expensive , so I always prefer pirated ink catridge, because it is cheaper and the quality is not a matter, because i use it to print notes only. So, the story is...

I went kopetro and spotted a pirated ink catridge which is compatible to my printer. I look again and it stated there "Canon Ink catridge PG-XX" . I was like...oh damn... kam yik ngor... ? I wanted to find this for a long time dy, because this type of ink model dun have pirated 1..mayb i can't find..

So i buy lo.. go back room... tell y roomate this good news...then while i was opening the packaging... i feel weird... eiy...? y not square square de.. 2 bottles of ink inside it.. DAMN!! it is not ink catridge, it is refill ink.. =_= i wanna buy ink catridge coz the ori 1 spoilt dy... if wana refill need buy ori cartidge again.. i dun wan ma.. so i prefer pirated ink catridge 1, no need refill.. damn...... i kena cheated. then i see closely.. rupa-rupanya the word "refill" kena hide under the price tag... &%#@!$&!I**^%$

my roomate so evil and laugh at me when he saw i frust... lol..damn.. so i decided to go back change lo...or refund.

Luckily, i managed to get refund and kena scolded by the kopetro shopkeeper.

It has been a long tym since las tym i updated my blog...

Well..Just a brief update about my life recently. I've back to UTP since 18 July.

The good news is, I finally moved to Village 5; the bad news is, I live at the top floor of my block, this means I have to climb up stairs for 5 stories, and there is no lift. =_=

Besides, to conclude about my holiday. I find my holiday is time is rather "happening" a bit more than the previous holidays.

This time, I managed to have a small trip to Sabah and the scenary there is stunning! beach, mountain, hot spring and you can see 4WD everywhere. the only thing i dun like about Sabah is the people like to cheat tourist.. i guess that happening everywhere... lol..

next, a small gathering for a few of us from 5S1, kuching high 2006. This gathering is "organized" by Amy Loh, as she is the 1 contact and select the venue for the gathering. It was not surprising that there is only 7 of us attended the gathering as many of our classmates has gone to further their studies either overseas of local.

Puppy too...However, I didn't see it..if not.. walao eh...

My Bro was reversing the car...erm...the weight of the car is 1000-2000kg? i m nt sure..An unser...

He was reversing , then suddenly... they heard the puppy's moaning..then silence...with the engine's noise la of coz...when they come down see.. the description is as follows :

1.The small puppy was under then tyre, stucked.

2.Its eyes nearly popped out.

3.It vomitted blood.

4.Its urine was all over the floor.

5.It cannot bark or moan.

6.It's stomach was under the tyre.

then, my bro quickly removed the car and it was "released"..

We have expect it to die the nex day as it has vomitted blood and it is sign of internal injuries..

BUT, the miracle happens..the puppy survived...

now? there is a puppy and 2 dogs licking my legs when i step down from car, every single time.. why are they so "friendly" anyway? lol

After having excruciating 2 weeks of examinations, 7 papers, hours suffering from watching other course batch mates going back one by one.... FINALLY... on 23 May 2009, 12 noon sharp, I was free!!! Wakaka... Even before the clock strike 12 noon, I have already start moving restless in my chair. (Till the extend that the person beside me also asked me to "rilek" Lol )I was feeling quite fortunate because our lecturer actually recycled our test 1 and assignments question and give extra tips for us. I was laughing while I was answering the exam question.

I go back each and every semester break. However, this time it feels different . It is because I am having 8 subjects with a total of 21 credit hours and 3 events in hand. It was a hectic semester and I have missed CNY at home 1st time starting this year, and I have not gone back for mid sem break as well. All this because of events. And the food in UTP TOTALLY SUCKS!!! Yucks!! This so-called food have made me crave for Bak Zhang this whole semester. (Special credit to lee chon and Irene for help me tapao bak zhang xD)

Anywhere, I am satisfied with my Final exam and hope for the best for my result. =D

Today, ss and I took a "ESU-taxi" headed to Yoyo, Bercham as early as 8.00am. After we reached there around 9.00am, we managed to take our breakfast and purchase our tickets.

Both of us ate 2 sets and the tauke there thought we are "tapao-ing" when we order the second time...haha...

Our bus, departing at 10am , finally reach at LCCT around 1.30pm. There..I noticed that the LCCT facilities have been improved and the Terminal looked more spacious now. Even McDonald @ LCCT has got bigger too.

Ghost encounter

I know that many of you out there do not believe in the existence of ghost. Initially, i do not believe it, Because i never saw 1 before...And i actually agreed that ghost is a image in the movie created with the purpose to scare ppl. However, i still sort of believe that there is something like ghost exists because my Mum keep on telling me a lot of nice "stories" since I was a kid. How I say this...hmmm... I can say that part of me believe and part of me do not believe. And the status of believing is i will not totally believe until i see 1. (Although i often feel it.. lol)

Ok, skip the crap and straight to the point . The incident of my encounter with ghost. I will tell the most scary-till-i can't-forget 1..

Okay, the story is like this...We are watching movie together...Some Chinese action movie i guess...forgot dy...then my bro fall asleep...left me alone stay awake and continue watching.. there was only 1 light in the living room which is swicted on. And the light in the kitchen is switched on as well...even though it is quite bright... the scene is scary...assure u...scary.. =_=

Tiba-tiba i feel very seram while i was watching tv. I turn my head towards the kicthen... walao! The thg appear from the staircase...right behind my big bro, who is still sleeping soundly. I stare at "it" and "it" stare at me. (I am not sure whether it was staring at me or not...). The description of that thg is like dis.

1.Blur and dark

2.face? blur and dark

3.body? din notice...

4.movement? hovering..i guess....

5.overall, the characteristic is too blur...everythg was a blur... i cant really remember..coz i was too scared..

I wan stunned and yet, amazingly i managed to turn my head back towards the tv after 5-10 seconds staring at the thing. You guys can imagine how scare I am at that particular moment...

I was good in pretending, pretend that i am very clam n show no response... lol... after few minutes..when i force myself to look at the same spot again. It was gone.. Phew~~

Just then, my bro woke up... how could he missed the "fun" ?! lol

well..the above story is kisah benar and no additive has been added yet.

disclaimer: I was not dreaming then, I was very awake and I have no mental disorder. =D

Instead of typing in pm or or posting "I Love you , Mother" (which they they have high posibility won't see it =_=), I would like to share a Pau Making Tutorial with you guys by my mum.

p/s : Don't feel weird why we use pisang leaves...save the planet wad...lol...Actually this is 2nd time we try to make Pau. Although the look is presentable. The taste....erm.... there's room for improvement. =p

due to special request from JV, i would like to elaborate more on how to make the "inti". According to my own experiences. You guys can have 2 ways:

1. grind the pork with lemak (3 layer pork), pork meat, a bit shittake mushroom, Cai Pu , a bit luncheon meat. Cook with a bit of oil. Then , you can add "tepung jagung" to make all the inti ingredient stick together. That's it. the important thing is to makesure the inti is not too oily, or you guys will having a hard time balut your Pau.

2. Brief and easiet way to make the inti .Buy a siew mai/sio bee and insert into the kulit. That's it.

For those who cant understand chinese, my post title means "stubborn over the righteous thing".

This five words are quoted from my former Chinese tutor.

He explained that stubborn is not a bad thing actually, which people usually think stubborn to be a negative virtue of a person. Stubborn can be a very good virtue as well , IF use in correct situation.

When an elder done something wrong, we as persons who are younger will be in dilemma . To say or not to say? For me, it is not a dilemma for me because, without have to think, i choose to say. Choose to be a so-called "berani kerana benar" . Why? i feel that the greatest despair is when a person done wrong thing and don't even know about it when he/she is too proud that he/she will do wrong thing. Even we got old sayings "天子犯错，与民同罪"(When an Emperor committed crime, his punishment will be the same as commoners. )

Therefore, it is no wrong if we have to be disrespect towards elders. What for we respect them ? IF they don't even respect themselves. If you are older, doesn't means u can misuse your seniority to get away from all the wrong things that you have done.

Your mum didn't teach you? Admit it when you did wrong things.

The point is : It is a sad thing when you yourself still don't know you wrong where even after others go and tell you. Instead of thinking whether you yourself got wrong or not, YOU so proud, straightaway jump into conclusion that others are wrong themselves. You automatically excluded yourself when you are finding the culprit.

I believe i never see him emo b4 and always very helpful when i encounter any problems. Btw, a secret here, when i 1st met him, he eat with hands . Lols

This guy from Sabah. I m totally speechless, i have much to tell u guys a bt him. however..erm..how to say.. k la...i will start with this 1.
this steven ngui, teach us a lot of "decent" language and words, such as "KM", "CB" etc...he will spit them whenever he frust.. he always talk in class n even in library he oso talk loudly..lol..
the good part of him? there r so many,
1.he plays piano (gifted).

3.he is humble (although he is a good guy, he owes downgrade himself.)
