For anyone that is not elected as a HI-COM or even the president of an club, yet you think that you yourself are the most suitable candidate, but you just do not know enough influential people to help you get that position. Well, please do not get demotivated.
There are few things that you need to know.
HI-COMs are people who plan, manage, control and organize the followers. They can get the position because:
1. They know enough people to make themselves acknowledged.
2. They make those people who have the power to elect them happy by keep on entertain them.
3. They know when to do the right thing.
4. They know how to find opportunity.

If you think that i am bullshitting, and talking as though i am a loser, you are wrong.
It is because the above traits that i mentioned are actually good leadership qualities. These people will be the big guns or managers of company in the future.

It is crucial to understand your own potential. Although you think that you are most suitable for the position of President for example, maybe you are the most suitable person for another position such as a secretary. Maybe anyone can be the president?
Therefore, please do not feel bad even though you did not get the position you want. You want to be the president and you get it, then someone else will screwed up the secretary's work. You want President, you don't get it, you get secretary, Nevermind, life's sucks. You can be the best secretary ever. Do your part. Complete your own assigned task excellently. This is what we call, when life gives you lemon, you make lemonade.

I want to be Head Section Leader, but i can't, I didn't get it. I was assigned as a New member leader. I do my job well. New members is the hardest members to lead. I need to teach them everything, Instill good values in them.
few years after i leave the club, I still feel proud.
1.My members make it to the national Level first Aid Competition.
2.They are the Champion of the Marching Competition of All Kuching.
3.They managed to organized a State Level Camp
4.Our Unit has once again get The best Unit in Sarawak with their effort.

Yes, I am Proud to be a New Member Leader and Intermediate Member Leader. I Love my Job.
